Lawmakers with cyber experience to join Chairman Gallagher on China select committee

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) has announced the GOP members of the new Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party, including several who have worked on cyber issues in Congress.

The select committee is chaired by Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-WI), a co-chair of the Cyberspace Solarium Commission and leader on cyber issues in the Armed Services Committee.
