Homeland Chair Thompson, House Dems offer election security measure
House Homeland Security Chairman Bennie Thompson (D-MS) and Administration Chairwoman Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) today reintroduced a sweeping election-security bill that would require cybersecurity standards for voting machine vendors, authorize funding for cyber training and take other steps to help states secure their systems.
