Rhode Island has the 2-1-1, announces first-in-nation 'cybercrime support system'

The state of Rhode Island will announce today “the first statewide cybercrime support and recovery system of its kind in the county,” according to the office of Rep. James Langevin (D-RI), a cybersecurity leader on Capitol Hill.

“Local and national officials will gather on Monday to celebrate the launch of a statewide cybercrime support and recovery system,” according to Langevin's office. “The new system allows Rhode Islanders to report instances of cybercrime and find resources to recover by dialing '2-1-1.'...
