DHS cyber agency could pay off for industry as functions, contacts are centralized

The new law authorizing a cybersecurity agency at the Department of Homeland Security is focused on internal government processes and organization, but should also enhance relationships with the private sector and provide a more readily identifiable point of contact on cyber for industry, according to business and other sources.
