Democratic takeover would hand gavels to cyber policy veterans, with results to be determined

A Democratic majority in one or both chambers of Congress would put gavels in the hands of lawmakers familiar to many in the cyber policy domain and -- depending on who you ask -- could effectively shut down cyber policymaking or simply lead to a continuation of consensus cybersecurity policy efforts with more emphasis in places like election security and oversight.
