White House supply-chain proposal limits review of DHS decisions to issue procurement bans

A White House legislative proposal on mitigating cybersecurity supply-chain risks is supported by a key Democrat and provides for the development and enforcement of federal information technology procurement standards, but would limit reviews and disclosure of reasons for banning certain equipment.
