Sources: Lack of cyber coordinator may hinder reports becoming real strategy

A passel of reports recently issued by federal departments offer steps toward a cybersecurity strategy, policy veterans say, but actually forging such a national plan of action has yet to be accomplished -- and may be hindered by the lack of a cyber coordinator at the White House or other overarching authority on cybersecurity.
