NTIA’s coming software initiative seen as central to IoT advancement

The National Telecommunications and Information Administration’s upcoming effort on software transparency will mimic a process the agency has already undergone to boost security and transparency in advancing the potential of the Internet of Things, according to a spokesman for the agency.
