Need for action on self-driving car bill, with more cyber language, touted at hearing on insurance

Insurance-sector representatives, consumer advocates and lawmakers all pushed for Senate passage of the AV START Act -- which would create security standards for self-driving cars -- during a House hearing on Wednesday, while calling for enhancements to further improve cybersecurity.
