Rep. Luetkemeyer circulates revised text of consumer data-breach bill

Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-MO), a House Financial Services subcommittee chairman, today circulated revised draft data-breach notification legislation and intends to hold a hearing on the bill in the coming weeks, according to a source close to the lawmaker.
