FCC administrative action on net-neutrality repeal will trigger legal, congressional action

The Federal Communications Commission is poised to issue a Federal Register notice on its controversial repeal of Obama-era internet rules, a move that is expected to trigger a major legal battle as well as the possibility of congressional action.

Opponents of the net-neutrality repeal say they are waiting for the FCC to officially publish its order before filing lawsuits, with more than a dozen state attorneys general expected to lead the charge which could determine where the landmark case...
