McCaul's DHS cyber bill clears House, emphasizes interagency cooperation

The House on Monday approved a bill that would create a cybersecurity agency at the Department of Homeland Security, after the leaders of several committees agreed to modest changes that included ensuring an ongoing voice in cyber policy for other departments and agencies.
