Pipeline sector leader says national cyber strategy tracks with flexibility in latest TSA security directive

The Biden administration’s cyber strategy is in tune with a regulatory approach gradually adopted for pipeline operators by the Transportation Security Administration, according to an energy sector cyber leader, while another policy veteran says TSA-industry collaboration gives that sector a head start on achieving the goals of the national strategy.
