NIST releases ‘concept paper’ to guide development of CSF 2.0 cyber framework update

The National Institute of Standards and Technology has posted a “concept paper” on updating the agency’s cybersecurity framework and announced plans for virtual and in-person workshops in February, while revealing that the first draft of “CSF 2.0” will be released this summer.

The 14-page concept paper, “Potential Significant Updates to the Cybersecurity Framework,” was released today and is open for comment until March 3.
