House approves ‘CHIPS-plus,’ sending technology bill to White House for Biden’s signature

The House has given final approval to “CHIPS-plus” legislation supporting domestic semiconductor production and tech and cyber research, as key pieces of a strategy to bolster national security and the United States’ position in a fast-evolving technology race with China.
