CISA releases ‘performance goals’ for critical infrastructure operators under directive in presidential memo

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency has released preliminary “performance goals” intended to bolster the cybersecurity of control systems used by critical infrastructure operators, meeting a deadline set in a presidential national security memorandum issued over the summer.

CISA unveiled a “performance goals and objectives” page today and said, “DHS expects to conduct much more extensive stakeholder engagement as the goals are finalized in the coming months.”
