TSA issues security directive for pipeline operators, with input from cyber agency

The Transportation Security Administration today issued its second security directive for the pipeline sector following the Colonial Pipeline ransomware attack this spring, adding undisclosed mitigation requirements to the incident reporting mandate established for the industry in May.

DHS is not publicly releasing the operational details of the new directive.
