Emergency order from CISA requires immediate government-wide action on compromised SolarWinds Orion products

Federal agencies are required to take action, with the first deadline today, to begin mitigating the impacts of a nation-state cyber attack affecting the Treasury Department and Commerce’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration, among others, under an emergency order from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.

NTIA plays a central role in the federal government’s supply-chain security efforts and is a focal point of collaboration between the government and private sector. Treasury is also part of those efforts as well...
