FCC heads to congressional oversight hearing with legal issues -- including potential Huawei suit -- in tow

Members of the Federal Communications Commission will testify before a key House panel this week amid unanswered questions about wireless carriers’ data management practices, pressure to mandate cybersecurity requirements to protect next-generation networks, and a looming lawsuit from Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei.
