Kolasky lays out 'elements' identified in DHS risk assessment for Trump’s supply-chain order

The Department of Homeland Security will soon submit an assessment to the Secretary of Commerce -- toward implementation of an executive order banning the purchase by U.S. businesses of information and communications technology from foreign adversaries – that looks to promote a risk management approach by identifying “elements” that can be prioritized based on criticality.
