Former White House official Clarke outlines rules, structural changes for new cyber age

There are companies that have figured out how to protect themselves from cyber attacks, but greater government action -- including a regulatory role for the Department of Homeland Security -- is needed to expand on these success stories, according to former National Security Council and presidential cybersecurity advisor Richard Clarke.
