Following the long Columbus Day weekend, the House Homeland Security Committee convenes a hearing on the threat of North Korea -- a known cyber aggressor -- to the United States, the Department of Transportation will host a cybersecurity summit, and the Atlantic Council will host an event exploring how to better defend cyberspace.
