Congress zeroes in on cybersecurity this week, as the House Homeland Security Committee holds a hearing on election security, the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee examines cyber threats to the energy sector, and the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee marks up three pieces of cyber-related legislation.
