TSA updates security directive for pipeline operators with requirements for testing plans

The Transportation Security Administration has renewed for the second time a security directive for gas and oil pipelines with new testing requirements, in advance of expected action this fall to issue a formal cybersecurity rulemaking proposal for the pipeline and rail sectors.
