Trump meets deadline for sending cyber strategy document to Hill

President Trump has submitted to Congress a report on national cybersecurity strategy required under the 2018 National Defense Authorization Act, freeing up certain funding but apparently leaving broader cyber policy issues to be addressed perhaps in future documents.

Congressional sources confirmed receipt of the report but declined to discuss specifics in the document, which is not being publicly released.
