Top DHS officials cite improved collaboration with states on election security, praise intelligence community

Top Department of Homeland Security officials touted DHS’ improved collaboration with state and local jurisdictions on election security issues Thursday, while stressing their agreement with U.S. intelligence officials’ assessment of Russian interference in the 2016 elections.
