Ten years after: Obama order seeded a decade of cyber collaboration, against backdrop of possible regulation

This Sunday marks ten years since the release of former President Obama’s landmark executive order on cybersecurity, an eight-page document that has shaped a decade of cyber policy around the NIST cyber framework and information sharing, and an ongoing push and pull between compulsory top-down regulation and government-industry collaboration.
