Supply-chain EO: DHS' work almost done; Commerce plans still a mystery

The Department of Homeland Security is heading toward the final phase in producing a risk assessment for information and communications technology under President Trump's supply-chain executive order, while industry sources say they have little visibility into a Commerce Department rulemaking that will be the next part of the EO implementation process.
