State officials call for current collaboration with DHS to be 'codified' in election security law

The secretaries of state for New Mexico and Colorado cited ongoing collaboration with the Department of Homeland Security and other federal agencies as worthy of being “codified” in an election security law, as secretaries of state work to create cyber “legislative standards” for elections.
