Sprawling infrastructure bill addresses cyber issues in electricity, telecom, transportation and water sectors

The bipartisan infrastructure improvement legislation brought to the Senate floor Sunday night includes pieces on transportation, grid security, broadband, cybersecurity in water systems, grants to state and local governments and other pieces with cyber implications.
