Shutdown affecting DHS, Commerce reaches two-week mark; no clear path to resolution

A partial government shutdown -- affecting portions of the Department of Homeland Security and closing most of the Commerce Department, along with other agencies -- hits the two-week mark today and it was unclear from White House and congressional leaders' remarks on Thursday how and when it might end.
