Sens. Reed and Inhofe offer revised defense policy measure, setting stage for November NDAA debate

Senate Armed Services Chairman Jack Reed (D-RI) and ranking member James Inhofe (R-OK) have introduced the revised version of the fiscal 2023 National Defense Authorization Act to be debated on the floor in November, plus a package of amendments proposed by other senators.
