Sen. Johnson: DHS reauthorization bill held up over immigration issues, faces ‘limited floor time’

Legislation to reauthorize the Department of Homeland Security is held up in the Senate over the possibility that senators will submit “controversial amendments” on issues such as immigration if the measure is brought to the floor, Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Chairman Ron Johnson (R-WI) said Wednesday.
