Sen. Burr, DNI Coats say intelligence community must evolve to meet cyber and tech threats

Senate Intelligence Chairman Richard Burr (R-NC) and Director of National Intelligence Daniel Coats both pushed Tuesday for modernization of the intelligence community to meet “evolving” cyber and technological threats, with Coats saying the IC is “in the process of transformation right now” to meet these challenges.
