Rubio to serve as acting Intelligence Committee chair; panel to vote Tuesday on Ratcliffe for DNI

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has selected Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) to serve as acting chairman of the Intelligence Committee, choosing a member of the panel who has been active on a range of cybersecurity issues and clearing the way for a panel vote Tuesday on Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-TX) to serve as Director of National Intelligence.
