Republicans offer election-security plan as Democratic bill heads to House floor

Republicans on the House Administration Committee have crafted their own election-security bill with cyber provisions, framing it as a helping hand to state election officials that stands in sharp contrast to a mandate-heavy Democratic measure the House will consider this week.
