Rep. Pallone highlights FCC as a focus for upcoming efforts on privacy and data security

New House Energy and Commerce Chairman Frank Pallone (D-NJ) is promising to focus on the Federal Communications Commission's role in privacy and data security, as others' legislative proposals have looked to the Federal Trade Commission as the primary enforcement body on the issue.
