Rep. Conaway says supply-chain bill not in conflict with Trump tweets on ZTE

Rep. Mike Conaway (R-TX) is disputing the idea that his proposal to remove Chinese telecommunications company ZTE Corp. from the federal supply chain is in conflict with tweets from President Trump over the weekend indicating a push to get the company “back into business,” amid bipartisan outrage from fellow members of Congress.
