Railroad group points to existing cyber efforts aligned with TSA’s new security directives

A major freight rail group says it’s existing cybersecurity programs track closely with requirements in the Transportation Security Administration’s new security directives for freight railroad, passenger rail and transit operators, while praising TSA for consulting with industry as it developed the directives.
