Presidential advisors see Cybersecurity Moonshot Council operating out of DHS, ahead of White House briefing

Talking points circulated to members of the President's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee -- in preparation for the group's upcoming presentation of its cybersecurity moonshot report to the White House -- recommend the initiative's main decision-making body be housed within the Department of Homeland Security, according to a lead developer of the report.
