People: R Street names cyber policy director, USTelecom promotes leader on ICT security issues

The R Street Institute has named Brandon Pugh as its new director for cybersecurity and emerging threats, while USTelecom policy veteran Paul Eisler has been promoted to serve as the broadband association’s vice president for cyber and innovation.
