Oil and gas industry groups urge TSA to gather input upfront in formal rulemaking on pipeline cybersecurity

The oil and gas pipeline industry is urging the Transportation Security Administration to issue an advanced notice of proposed rulemaking to gather stakeholder input as TSA moves to replace two emergency security directives on pipeline cybersecurity with formal rules.
