NIST releases first revision to workforce framework under cybersecurity education initiative

NIST has offered a first-time revision to its cyber workforce framework, with tools designed to help organizations develop an “integrated ecosystem of cybersecurity education, training, and workforce development."

The revised framework was crafted by NIST’s National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education, which partners with academia and the private sector, and was released Monday at NICE’s virtual 2020 conference and expo.
