NIST posts first batch of comments on next steps for cyber framework

Cyber implementation tiers are a hit with stakeholders, privacy elements are still a problem and industry representatives are less than eager for the National Institute of Standards and Technology to give up its ownership of the framework of cybersecurity standards.

That's the initial take as responses begin flowing in on a NIST request for information on uses and next steps for the landmark framework.
