Nielsen's departure rattles cyber community; CISA seen as providing stability

DHS' new cybersecurity agency offers stability amid the forced resignation of Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, according to industry sources, but President Trump's decision to replace her over immigration policy still injects uncertainty and raises a host of questions on cyber.
