NDAA ‘a mixed bag’ for cyber elements as House and Senate move forward on compromise shorn of amendments

The annual defense policy bill is on a path to congressional passage after teetering on the edge of legislative disaster, but the compromise measure lacks the high-profile cybersecurity policy initiatives that have been a hallmark of the legislation over the past few years.
