NCD Coker emphasizes need for cyber regulatory harmonization, floats cyber insurance proposal

LAS VEGAS. National Cyber Director Harry Coker said his office is focused on bolstering regulatory harmonization across government while also promising to produce a proposal on cyber insurance by the end of the year, in an appearance at the Black Hat conference here.
