McCaul pushes to restart cyber policy dialogue on Capitol Hill

House Homeland Security Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) is planning for a March hearing that could help tee up long-pending legislation to reform the Department of Homeland Security's cyber functions – and, perhaps, get lawmakers focused on cybersecurity policy questions beyond the crisis of the day.
