Mastercard and Microsoft launch 'talent initiative' to boost cyber workforce

Mastercard, Microsoft, Workday, and the non-profit Partnership for Public Service today launched the “Cybersecurity Talent Initiative,” a project designed to funnel college graduates with cyber-related degrees to work for federal agencies for two years, prior to joining the private sector and receiving grants to pay back student loans.
