Luetkemeyer to chair Financial Services national security panel, has led on breach notice issues

Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-MO), a veteran of congressional efforts on breach notification and small business cyber, is the new chairman of the House Financial Services national security subcommittee, full committee Chairman Patrick McHenry (R-NC) announced Thursday.
